This release form is for makeup artists, hair and makeup artists, students, beauty creatives and event participants taking part in an Aperture Beauty Production event, masterclass, portfolio builder, production shoot or creative production.

 

By signing this form, you confirm that you understand and agree to the terms below.

1. Image & Content Ownership

 

I understand that all images, videos, behind-the-scenes content, proofs, final edits and any other content created during the production remain the full copyright and intellectual property of Aperture Beauty Production.

 

I understand that I do not own the images or content.

 

Aperture Beauty Production maintains full rights to all images and content created.

2. Permission to Use Final Images

 

I understand that Aperture Beauty Production may allow me to use selected final images for personal portfolio use only, including:

 

• Instagram / social media

• Personal website

• Portfolio

• Media kit

• Self-promotion as a makeup artist / hair and makeup artist

 

This is a usage licence only. It does not transfer copyright or ownership.

3. No Editing, Cropping or Altering

 

I agree that I must not edit, crop, retouch, filter, recolour, re-grade, resize, add presets to, remove watermarks from or alter the images or content in any way.

 

Images must be shared exactly as supplied by Aperture Beauty Production.

4. No Selling or Third-Party Use

 

I agree that I must not sell, license, publish, submit, distribute or provide the images or content to any third party without written permission from Aperture Beauty Production.

 

This includes brands, agencies, publications, clients, product companies, advertising platforms, paid campaigns, commercial promotions or external marketing use.

 

Any commercial or third-party usage must be agreed in writing by Aperture Beauty Production before the images or content are used.

5. Model Casting & Representation

 

I understand that all models used in Aperture Beauty Production events, masterclasses, portfolio builders, production shoots or creative productions are cast by Aperture Beauty Production.

 

I understand that the models are representing Aperture Beauty Production during the production.

 

I agree not to present the model casting, production, creative direction or photography as my own.

6. Model Safety & Professional Conduct

 

I agree to treat all models, team members and creatives with professionalism, care and respect.

 

I am responsible for the hygiene, safety and suitability of the products, tools and techniques I use on the model.

 

If a model raises any concern, discomfort, allergy or sensitivity, I agree to stop immediately and inform the Aperture Beauty Production team.

 

Unsafe, inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour may result in removal from the production.

7. Required Credits

 

When sharing any approved images, videos, behind-the-scenes content or related content from the production, I agree to include the full required credits.

 

Required credits include:

 

Event: Eg: Charlotte Tilbury Brush Along with Carla

Production: @aperturebeautyproduction

Casting: @aperturebeautycasting

Model: @[model handle, where provided]

 

I agree not to remove, replace, hide or change the required production, casting or model credits.

 

If Aperture Beauty Production asks me to correct or update credits, I agree to do so as soon as possible.

8. Aperture Beauty Production Usage

 

I give Aperture Beauty Production permission to use images, videos, behind-the-scenes content and related content created during the production for:

 

• Website

• Social media

• Portfolio

• Marketing

• Promotion

• Advertising

• Press

• Media kit

• Business materials

• Event promotion

• Educational or behind-the-scenes content

 

This includes content showing my makeup work, participation, behind-the-scenes activity and final production images.

9. Final Image Selection & Revisions

 

I understand that Aperture Beauty Production cannot guarantee final image selection, the number of final images provided, or any specific edits, retouching requests, changes, revisions, crops or alternative versions.

 

Final image selection, editing, retouching, delivery and any revisions are at the discretion of Aperture Beauty Production.

 

Participation in the production does not guarantee publication, bookings, clients, paid work, brand opportunities or career outcomes.

10. Agreement

 

By signing this form, I confirm that:

 

• I have read and understood this release form

• I agree that Aperture Beauty Production retains full rights to all images and content

• I may only use approved final images for personal portfolio, website, social media and media kit use

• I will not edit, crop, filter, retouch, alter, sell, license, submit or use the images commercially without written permission

• I will include the required credits when sharing approved images or content

• I will treat all models, team members and creatives with professionalism, care and respect
